The Business School of the Canadian University of Bangladesh proudly hosted a grand Orientation Program for the FALL 2024 Semester on 3rd December, 2024, marking the beginning of an exciting academic journey for our new students.

We were honored to have Mr. Chowdhury Jafarullah Sharafat, Vice-Chairman of Canadian University of Bangladesh, as the Chief Guest, whose inspirational speech set the tone for the event.

The program was further enriched by the gracious presence of: 
 Prof. Dr. H M Jahirul Haque, Vice Chancellor, Canadian University of Bangladesh, as a Special Guest.
Prof. Dr. Gias U Ahsan, Pro-Vice Chancellor, Canadian University of Bangladesh, as another Special Guest.
Mr. Towhid Bin Shafi, Advisor Planning and Development, Board of Trustees, Canadian University of Bangladesh, who also made the occasion enthusiastic.

The program was presided over by Prof. Dr. Zahurul Alam, Dean, School of Business, who provided invaluable insights and guidance to the incoming students.

We were privileged to hear from distinguished Guest Speakers, who inspired our students with their expertise and experiences:

• Mr. Mohammad Emtiaz Uddin, Deputy Managing Director, CBO & CRO, Padma Bank PLC, and President, Bankers Club of Bangladesh Limited.
• Mr. Rashed Mosarof Chowdhury, Head of HR & Administration, Dabur Bangladesh Pvt. Ltd.
• Ms. Shabihah Dil Afroz, Head of HR & Admin, Transcom Foods Limited (KFC & Pizza Hut Bangladesh).
