
Market Maven: CUB Sales Pitch Competition Celebrates Business Ideas & Innovation
Canadian University of Bangladesh is proud to celebrate the successful completion of "Market Maven: A Sales Pitch Competition", organized by CUB Business Club in association with CUB Career & Entrepreneurship Club, provided participants from 32 teams with an exciting platform to transform ideas into compelling sales pitches and demonstrate their ability to understand customers, communicate value, and create impactful business propositions.

Both clubs were honored to have Chowdhury Jafarullah Sharafat, Honorable Chairman (Acting), Board of Trustees, Canadian University of Bangladesh, as the Chief Guest who also unveiled the Mascot of CUB Business Club named “WolFord”. His thoughtful encouragement and valuable time provided and helped participants with an enriching experience. The event’s notable guests were Muhammad Munim, Head of Business & Product Management at Haier Bangladesh and Mir Labib Hossain, Head of Operations at Lead Nation Academy (LNA). The event was more graceful to have the presence of Md. Towhid Bin Shafi, Advisor of Planning & Development, Board of Trustees, Canadian University of Bangladesh, along with Capt. Md. Nasir Uddin, Head of Department of Shipping & Maritime Science, Md. Mosharraf Hussain, Deputy Registrar & Controller of Examinations and Salehin Chowdhury, Joint Director, Branding and Communication & PR. Both clubs extend its deepest gratitude to all the prestigious Faculty Members, Distinguished Guests, and Esteemed Judges whose guidance, and valuable insights elevated the event to a greater level. It was an immense pleasure to have our Proud Alumnus Meehnaaz Basit and Abdullah Al Yousuf.
A special note of appreciation goes to the dedicated volunteers and organizing teams, led by Benazir Rahman, Head of the Department of Business Administration and also Advisor of both Clubs, as well as coordinated by Binita Sayeed, Lecturer of Department of Business Administration and Co-Advisor of CUB Business Club, along with Neaz Adnan, Senior Lecturer and BBA Program Coordinator, Department of Business Administration & Co-Advisor of CUB Career & Entrepreneurship Club, and also the entire event was amazingly anchored by Ananya Imtiaz, Lecturer of Department of Business Administration whose tireless efforts worked behind the scenes to ensure the smooth execution of every aspect of the event. From planning and logistics to participant coordination, their dedication was instrumental in turning the Market Maven’s vision into reality.
