The Canadian University of Bangladesh (CUB) campus was alive with the infectious energy of a celebration fit for royalty – a celebration of the Bengali New Year, Pohela Boishakh! The usual academic atmosphere was replaced by a vibrant explosion of colors, music, and joyous revelry.

Canadian University of Bangladesh’s students themselves led the transformation. Flowers of every imaginable color bloomed across the university buildings, weaving a magical tapestry that intertwined the natural world with the spirit of Boishakh. This was not just a visual feast; the very essence of the traditional Bahari Alpana designs, intricate and colorful floor art, seemed to come alive on campus. Every corner pulsed with the vibrant energy of the festival.

Students were the heart and soul of the celebration. Their joyous laughter and cheers echoed throughout the campus, a testament to the infectious energy of the event. This wasn't just a party; it was a vibrant tapestry woven from tradition, cultural pride, and the unbridled enthusiasm of CUB's student body.

This wasn't CUB's first foray into creating such a spectacular scene. The university is renowned for its students' energetic participation in cultural events.  This year's Pohela Boishakh celebration stands as yet another shining example of their dedication to embracing and celebrating their heritage.
