Short Biography
Shaira Senjuti Oyshee is a Lecturer in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) at Canadian University of Bangladesh (CUB), where she also serves as the Faculty Advisor of CUB Club Electro. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) from the Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST) in 2023 and earned her Master of Science in Renewable Energy from Dhaka University in 2026. Prior to joining CUB, she gained teaching experience at Mentors and Primeasia University.
Her academic and professional interests span Power System Reliability, Grid Technology, Electric Vehicle Technology, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning, with a particular interest in applying emerging computational techniques to modern power and energy systems. Alongside teaching, she is actively engaged in research, academic development, and student-centered activities. She has also contributed as a reviewer for multiple academic conferences and is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). Through her teaching, research, and academic service, she aims to contribute to the advancement of sustainable, reliable, and intelligent electrical power systems while supporting students in developing practical and research-oriented engineering skills.
