Neaz Adnan

Neaz Adnan is an accomplished academic, business professional, researcher, and management practitioner with extensive experience spanning higher education, business operations, finance, consulting, hospitality, and social enterprise. He joined as a Lecturer and was promoted to Senior Lecturer, and also, currently serves as BBA Program Coordinator in the Department of Business Administration at Canadian University of Bangladesh, where he teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in areas including Operations and Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Finance, Business Logistics, Marketing, Human Resource Management, and Strategic Operations. He also supervises internships, research, and thesis projects, provides academic and career counseling, and contributes to Outcome-Based Education and other academic committees. He is engaged as a Co-Advisor of the CUB Career and Entrepreneurship Club.

Mr. Adnan holds a Master of Management in International Accounting and Finance from the University of Windsor, Canada, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting with a minor in Finance from Independent University, Bangladesh.

His professional career includes leadership and managerial positions in Canada and Bangladesh. He has served as Banquet Supervisor at DoubleTree by Hilton, Small Business Consultant at American Express Bank of Canada, Retail Manager at Compass Group/London Health Sciences Centre, and Assistant Manager at Tim Hortons. His achievements include improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, increasing sales, developing strategic partnerships, and leading high-performing teams.
Mr. Adnan is also actively engaged in research, particularly in artificial intelligence, digital transformation, business logistics, ERP-enabled integration, and regenerative business models. His research has been presented at conferences and published in peer-reviewed outlets.

Beyond academia and business, he has demonstrated strong leadership through international consulting and social-impact initiatives. His contributions have earned recognition including the Youth Leader of North America Award, Tim Hortons Leadership Award, and Employee of the Year awards from Tim Hortons and DoubleTree by Hilton.
