Short Biography
Kaniz Farzana is an academic and researcher in Management and Human Resource Management with over a decade of university teaching experience. She is currently serving as a Senior Lecturer in the School of Business at the Canadian University of Bangladesh. She previously served as a Lecturer in the School of Business at the Canadian University of Bangladesh and as a Lecturer in Business Administration at Royal University of Dhaka. She also worked as a Lecturer in Management at Bangladesh University of Business & Technology and served as an HR Volunteer at Oxfam GB. She holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and a BBA in Management from the University of Dhaka, with CGPAs of 3.90 and 3.81 respectively. Her research and publications focus on employee turnover, employee satisfaction and engagement, sustainable and green HRM, inclusion, brain drain, and related management issues. She has published journal articles and a book chapter and has presented research at academic conferences. She is experienced in student supervision, academic research, conference presentation, and computer-aided teaching, with preliminary knowledge of SPSS and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
