Binita Sayeed

Binita Sayeed is a dedicated and results-driven academic professional currently serving as a Lecturer in the Department of Business Administration at Canadian University of Bangladesh (CUB), where she has been teaching since February 2023. She is committed to delivering quality education through engaging lectures, case-based learning, student mentoring, academic advising, and effective assessment practices.

Ms. Sayeed holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the Department of Accounting & Information Systems, University of Dhaka, completed in 2021 and 2019 respectively. Her professional strengths include curriculum development, classroom management, student counseling and mentoring, teamwork and leadership, problem-solving, conflict resolution, communication, adaptability, and interdisciplinary teaching.

At CUB, she teaches undergraduate and graduate students and contributes actively to students’ academic and professional development. Her responsibilities include supervising internships and theses, providing academic and career guidance, and mentoring students with special needs. She is also serving as Co-Advisor of the CUB Business Club and contributing to organizing and hosting various university activities.

Ms. Sayeed is also engaged in academic research, particularly in the areas of information technology, data science, digitalization, artificial intelligence, and employee performance. Her research paper on enhancing employee performance through data science and digitalization was presented at a WBI conference hosted by BIAM Foundation in 2024 and published in the Engineering and Technology Journal in December 2025. Recently, she worked on such research papers, which were presented at conferences held in Malaysia and Australia based on the topic regarding the impact of artificial intelligence on the educational sector.
