Short Biography
Anika Bushra is a Lecturer in Business Administration at the Canadian University of Bangladesh. She holds an MSc in Marketing from the University of Nottingham, where she received a 50% scholarship and graduated with Merit. She also holds a BBA in Finance from North South University, where she received a 75% scholarship and graduated with a CGPA of 3.70.
Before entering academia, Anika developed professional experience across strategic analysis, project management, finance, and business operations. She currently works as a Strategic Analyst at Wintel Limited, where her responsibilities include developing business cases for new investments and initiatives, conducting cost-benefit and payback analyses, forecasting revenue and profitability, supporting strategic budgeting and resource allocation, and monitoring key business performance indicators. Previously, she worked at Berger Paints Bangladesh Limited in Project and Strategy Analysis, gaining experience in SAP ERP, capital project planning, budgeting, inventory analysis, and investment evaluation. She also completed finance internships at Nestlé Bangladesh Limited and Green Delta Insurance Company Limited.
Her academic and professional interests include marketing, business strategy, finance, business analytics, and project management.
