On 16 April 2025, the Canadian University of Bangladesh Law Mooting Club (CUBLMC) proudly organized a Research Workshop on Mooting, aimed at enhancing legal research skills and oral advocacy among aspiring mooters.

The session was graced by our esteemed guest speaker, Ms. Tahseen Lubaba, BCL (Oxford), Junior Partner at Farooq and Associates. With an outstanding academic background, including an LLB and LLM from the University of Dhaka, where she was a Gold Medalist, and further excellence in completing her BCL at the University of Oxford, Ms. Lubaba brought a wealth of knowledge to the session.

Her achievements in international moot court competitions, such as the XI NLS Trilegal International Arbitration Moot (Bangalore), the ICC Moot Court Competition (The Hague), and leading her team to become National Champions of Jessup Bangladesh 2020, deeply inspired the participants. Her guidance on international law research and advocacy strategies was invaluable to the attendees.

The CUBLMC extends heartfelt thanks to Ms. Lubaba for sharing her journey, insights, and motivation with our students. We also thank all faculty members, executive board members, and students for making the workshop a great success.
